great location but small rooms

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the middle of the mall road, making it easy to reach shops and attractions. Our view of the lake from the Accacia Deluxe Room was incredible, enhancing our stay. The staff was attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our three nights.

The room size was on the smaller side, which may pose a challenge for families with children.

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay with warm-hearted service from the staff. The vibrant atmosphere on Mall Road made our evenings remarkable. Though the lobby can get smoky, the cozy Oak-Superior Room offered beautiful views. I recommend dining early for a quieter experience.

Wi-Fi was fast and convenient. The room was tiny, and laundry service was average.

the room sizes are pretty small , but the view from the common balcony was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was tasty. also loved the free parking facility, made life so much easier.

Air conditioning is mandatory for comfort since windows are non-existent, and the reliance on a makeshift electrical system is questionable. Meal service is not offered in the rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially for families. the price for meals can feel outrageous, prompting many to seek better dining options elsewhere. It's best to verify pricing details on the menu, as there's a noted tendency for discrepancies with the bill.

The location is superb, right on the Mall Road, providing easy access to local attractions and beautiful views of the lake from common areas. The room heating system was impressive, ensuring comfort in the winter chill. the room size was disappointingly small, making it difficult to move around, and some amenities felt lacking for the price point.

I stayed in the Maple Lake View Room for 2 nights. The room was clean, but a bit cramped. The lake views were nice from the common areas, but I struggled with the lack of proper amenities. The bathrooms, especially, were not up to par. I had issues with the AC remote and the cleanliness of the bed sheets. The overall ambiance was affected by noise from other guests too. Not exactly the restful stay I wanted.

The views of the lake from the room were breathtaking. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The quality of food exceeded my expectations. I had a great time enjoying the location by the lake. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.
